We've been led to believe that the best and only place to begin building midlife health is with starting a "diet" that seems impossible, or beginning an intense exercise program. I'm here to tell you that is not the right place to start...

Sleek marketing techniques and advertising have been telling us for years that in order to look and feel great you need to diet and exercise. These are not the best places to start, and I'm going to prove it to you...

As important as nutrition and movement are, there is something missing from that equation... 

And the sheer number of women who try that strategy over and over again, to no avail, are the proof. You know these women, perhaps you are one of them...

I'm also going to prove to you that once you learn what the secret is, the rest of your vision for midlife health will easily fall into place. That is great news !!

Life is too short to waste the opportunity to make it happen.

However, sometimes the health journey can be challenging.

If so, you’re human! I think most of us feel like this at some point or another. My name is Audrey Doepker and I'm here to provide the missing link! At the age of 22 I was diagnosed with a debilitating disease, I almost died twice by the time I was 37. I've had a tumultuous life with much stress, divorce, near bankruptcy, single motherhood, so much loss in my immediate family which resulted in waves of grief, work and career tumult I thought I'd never survive. 

But I found my way through determination and persistence, and through much trial and error, and I am feeling fabulous now. 

Today, I am a personal coach, an alternative and energy therapist and a personal trainer. And I want to shorten the length of time it takes you to learn what it took me 10+ years to see through, so that you can enjoy the years ahead as much as possible!

Here’s the truth…

Wanting to live a healthier life and simply feel better and have more energy and do the things you want to do is like being on a roller coaster ride in the dark … you feel alone, you feel scared, there are ups and downs, you don’t know what to expect next, and all the while you feel like giving up because you’ve tried this all before. You think everyone around you seems to be handling the ride ok. You begin to think ‘what the hell am I doing?’ And so you quit. Again.

I think we all feel like this at some point.

We have to just stay focused on what we’re trying to achieve, why we’re trying to achieve it, learn as much as we can, get inspired, build a network of support around ourselves, keep going and keep the faith.

I am on my third life. Yes you read that right. By the age of 36 I had almost died twice. Many of my good friends, co-workers and even family members have no idea and have never heard my story. I didn’t want anyone to know about that part of my life. Since then I've had some really great times, but I've also experienced much turmoil. As it turns out my past is a very important part of my life and also to the rest of my journey. Through much trial and error I have found the secret to midlife health and healing.
